About me
Growing up in Kamloops, BC, I was lucky to witness the stunning beauty of nature and the simplicity life. The changing seasons created a colourful backdrop, encouraging me even at a young age to explore the outdoors. Even though I left Kamloops as a young teenager, it has always held a special place in my heart.

Having a child born with eczema has made it a lifelong challenge to find natural ways to ease their pain and discomfort. In 2011, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I made major lifestyle changes—becoming more mindful of the foods we eat and the products we use on our bodies and in our home. With so many natural resources around us, I’ve embraced foraging and begun using the healing gifts that nature so generously provides.

I believe that what you put on your skin should be as pure and nourishing as what you put in your body. That’s why our products are crafted using high-quality, grass-fed beef suet—ethically sourced from a nearby, multi-generational ranch that prioritizes animal welfare and regenerative practices. I personally hand-render the tallow to ensure every product meets my standards for integrity, sustainability, and whole-body wellness. By choosing to use my products in your every day life, you’re supporting many local family-run businesses and embracing skincare that’s grounded in nature, not chemicals.
my most popular product, whipped Tallow body butter, is named after my granddaughter, who I affectionately call "Missy Moo" a nickname I bestowed on her when she was born.
